Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the Prakasha MCQ app can request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to greenbooksimaging@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: “Delete my data”.
3. Include your full name and your username so we can locate your account.

What data is deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the following from our active systems:

• Your account and profile (name, email address, username).
• Your learning activity — quiz attempts, answers, scores, and progress.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information only where required by law or for legitimate security/audit purposes. Any such data is kept for the minimum period required and then deleted. We do not retain your data for marketing after deletion.

Timeframe

We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them and confirm by email once complete.
